Unfortunately, although I have already added my institutional email as an alternate like suggested by FAQ page, still it's not working.

Is there any other option?

Just now I received a reply by email. BigQuery access is only available for some datathones. All regular access is through download only.

I have already received the download link and also downloaded it successfully.
My only issue is how to handle the big files, like numerticitems.csv. It is about 80 GB!
Regular pandas read_csv can not work.

Do you have the same issue?
