Script includes deprecated files

qa-email-notifications-event.php requires a few files that are deprecated in the latest version of Q2A:

                  require_once QA_INCLUDE_DIR . 'qa-app-emails.php';
                  require_once QA_INCLUDE_DIR . 'qa-app-format.php';
                  require_once QA_INCLUDE_DIR . 'qa-util-string.php';

Plugin modifed idea. Send notification for my favorited question.

Example.
I favorited question. After my favorited question add new answer send my email notification.

You favorited question add new answer.

Inform users for which tags / categories they are getting emails .

How can I send notification for every new question (even if they are not favorited)?

Plug-In doesn't work with Single Sign-On

The attached error is displayed when trying to add a question with the q2a-email-notification plugin enabled.
The error log reports that a database query is trying to access database tables (qa_users and qa_postmeta) that do not exist.
