• Achieved a 62% reduction in LCP, from 5.5 seconds to 2.1 seconds, for highly dynamic property detail pages, by utilizing Incremental SSR, strategic lazy loading, priority prefetching, and multilevel caching.
• Achieved a remarkable 98% cost reduction for third-party APIs usage through multilevel caching strategies (Redis, Cloudfront, and client-side caching).
