How to cite aminode in my manuscript?

Hi Aminode maintainer,

Aminode seems awesome!

However, when I run it with example sequence and tree, I see nothing:

Note that at the right, the area that I presume is the output area, there is nothing,

Is that the intended output?

It would have helped me if the expected output would have been shown in a README.md file, so I know if this behavior is intended or not. I even volunteer to do so, if requested.

I do have a question: when I take a look at the aminodektc user, I see there are many number-only repositories:

What are these numbers? Versions of the source code of aminode? If yes, would a README.md file be added to tell me, would have prevented this question.
