The plugin has added these values to Extent > Type dropdown for Collections, but this is needed at the Instance level as well.

For an instance, we need another field for capturing physical media format type that is non-hierarchical under the container 1 type.

The field should ideally draw on a controlled list of standardized media formats, like this one:

Add some CSS to make Hours, Minutes, and Seconds fields appear on the same line.

Add javascript validation to ensure that the input is correctly formed.

Based on granular information about physical format type, mentioned in issue #1, it would be good to generate a format-specific note about conditions governing access. DACS 4.3 mentions:

"Commentary: Special equipment may be required to view or access some material, particularly audiovisual materials and records in electronic form. In some cases the equipment required may be obvious from the Extent Element, as in “forty-two slides” or “thirty audio cassettes.” In other cases, however, the type of equipment required should be indicated in the Physical Access Element; for example, the playing speed of audio discs (e.g., 45 or 78 rpm), a video’s recording mode (e.g., Betamax, D2, VHS, Video 8, etc.), or broadcast format (e.g., NTSC, PAL, SECAM, HDTV, etc.), the gauge (width) of the film (e.g., 16 or 35 mm), and so on."

This has been implemented for Type:Moving Images but not yet for Type:Audio
