The VSTS Sync Migration tools allow you to bulk edit and migrate data between Team Projects on both Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS). There are many other uses that you might put the tools to but migrating your enitre TFS Collection to VSTS is not one of them. You should also consider the VSTS Migration Service from Microsoft.

There are two ways to use these tools:
- (recomended)Install from Chocolatey
- Download the latest release from GitHub and unzip
- All work is done is Visual Studio Team Services and then synched to GitHub for publication
- All Branches are published as pre-release builds
