The module at its current state returns only one of the possible alignments. It should be modified in order to return all of them.

The program should return not only the alignment, but also its score.

When a gap is added to seq1, the element at the same position in seq2 is lost and replaced by the previous element. This does not happen the other way round (see ex. below).
