Check types and raise exceptions.

If monetacarlo() could accept an struct model as parameter, this would remove the need pass it:

• double model (double X[], double P[]) (the model function)
• int nvars (the number of independent variables)
• int m (the number of parameters)

Also, maybe it could return a "struct output" (not defined yet), so that calling it would be much easier, avoiding the need to pass it:

• double params_mean[m]
• double variances[m]

just take it away to another function...

• arguments
• create template file
• parse template file

Check that if an error occurs in a given function, the same error will be returned by main.
