#Usage:

1. Sign up providing: Username (has to be unique) Email address (has to be unique) Password Name

All fields are required.

2. go to https://alterenzo-chitter.herokuapp.com/peeps/new to submit a new peep

3. to view all the peeps for a particular user, put the username in the URL after https://alterenzo-chitter.herokuapp.com/peeps

i.e. for the user: alterenzo, go to https://alterenzo-chitter.herokuapp.com/peeps/alterenzo

#User Stories:

As a Maker
So that I can post messages on Chitter as me
I want to sign up for Chitter

So that I can post messages on Chitter as me
I want to log in to Chitter

So that I can avoid others posting messages on Chitter as me
I want to log out of Chitter

So that I can let people know what I am doing  
I want to post a message (peep) to chitter

I want to see all peeps in reverse chronological order

I want to see the time at which it was made
