radial gradient config

Hi, can you brief and tell me the code needed to get the output like the one below made by you?
the code needed for the radial gradient text of the subtitle as well as the waving symbol.
Tested so many commands but there's no use. No change in the final output

Want to disable German Language

I want to only 1 English language,
can I disable German and remove that language button which is located on top of the site?
