As a follow-up... It might be nice to guard against a package overwriting the default entities...

Hi leadZERO,

Yes the left-overs are by design just in case you want to open an older graph with the entities in them. Also, how exactly did you overwrite the default entities :)

A package must have exported all their entities and then put that file in
their package. When I went to install-package, it overwrote them with what
was in the package. :)

Interesting,

Do you mind if I ask which packages you used? I just want to notify the owner not to use the default entities because they're already built-in. Thank you for letting me know. I will add some sort of safeguard though.

The package was "malformity." I've already informed Keith about it and have
a pull request in to him with a fixed file for it.

Hehe... my bad :-) I accidentally exported all entities and included that .mtz instead of just the new ones that were added. Thanks Ryan!
