Metomic embed script requires update to latest version

I noticed after using this Gatsby plugin that Metomic autoblocking didn't work.

Upon reaching out to Metomic they helpfully advised that this plugin is embedding an old script, which does not support autoblocking.

Until this issue is fixed, then the workaround is to manually embed the script that is present on the "Developers" tab of the Metomic dashboard (https://app.metomic.io/dashboard/developers)

How do you open the metomic window to edit cookie settings?

The proposed option from Metomic throws an error at Gatsby build time:
Metomic Proposed Option: manage cookies

Gatsby Build Error: WebpackError: ReferenceError: window is not defined
ERROR #95312
"window" is not available during server side rendering.

I read through the debug docs and was unable to merge the two solutions together (probably a misunderstanding on my side)
