Developer setup

Fork the repo to your own user account, then clone, e.g.:

$ git clone [email protected]:malariagen/ag1000g-phase2-data-paper.git

Install conda and latex:

$ cd ag1000g-phase2-data-paper
$ ./agam-report-base/install/install.sh

Activate environment:

$ source env.sh

Build manuscript:

$ ./latex.sh
