Error buildin' as Vst on Windows

Sorry if i wrong something, i'm new on GitHub and iìm not developer.
I try to build on the Gammou forked by Crime on Windows 11 but i have this error in CMake
"CMake Error at View/cmake_modules/FindCairo.cmake:29 (message):
Unimplemented
Call Stack (most recent call first):
View/CMakeLists.txt:66 (find_package)"

Cloning problem

Hello,

When I try to clone Gammou, one of the submodule is missing:

atal: erreur distante : upload-pack: not our ref dbab2f44f43fb35a70fe5c74d5c1455244912ce7
fatal: Chemin de sous-module 'src/libs/View' récupéré, mais il ne contenait pas dbab2f44f43fb35a70fe5c74d5c1455244912ce7. La récupération directe de ce commit a échoué.

Build and install instructions

Could you please add instructions on how to build and install this in the README please? Also a list of dependencies would be great.
