• output.path defaults to ./dist

based on information following, we decided to change default output path from dist to build

• we use build as default output path in def workflow
• create-react-app use build as their default output path
• dist is distrbution, which means files that will be deliver or transport to users' brower. However, ice-scripts only do build work rather than delivering something to another place.
