Saudi ID Validator

Function to validate Saudi id numbers, written in multiple langauges (TypesSript, Scala, Python, PHP, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Swift, Ruby,Go, C#, VB).

How to use

It's a small function check(idNumber), return -1 if the id is not correct, 1 for Saudi id OR 2 for Non-Saudis.

LICENSE addition

Dear maintainers,

I have come across this source code looking for an implementation and would like to ask about the usage license so I can start using it. Can you add the license to the repository?

Is this project integrated with traffic section? How do you know if the id is exist or not?!

Swift: Casting to Int fails if the ID is in Eastern Arabic numerals

In validateSAID.swift there is a case where checking if the string is a number would fail if the numbers are Eastern Arabic.

This would result in a false negative and cause the function to throw ValidateSAIDError.numbersOnly.

This should be fixed so that when passing a string like "١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩٠" would pass the check.
