Fix: Check for "null" when obtaining ALL the values.

Implement a local database to improve loading times, and to be able to see the data offline (based on the last DB update).

-Button to update the DB manually.

When you select a year then exit, when you select another year it shows the last selected year and doesn't update!

Update the readme, so that it has a professional look as well as correct and up-to-date information about the development!

On the CrashDetails Form

The max number of incidents are 100 because the program is only checking on the first page.

Fix: First check if there are any more pages:
if yes: then add and redirect as many times a there are pages, then show results.
if no: then add and show results.

When getting the values, also add the name of the country present in the "title" attribute. So that later it can be used when hovering the mouse over the country flag.

Add the URL where the connection is made to the Resources to prevent exposed links.

The value for some of the "operator" values return a link to a image.

Cause:
-This problem is caused by some operators being banned in the EU so that those operators have a symbol in front of the text, and this causes the program to obtain the value of the image instead of the actual operator name!

Sorting by date is completely wrong
