Was just looking up some info and stumbled onto your post discussing migrating to pdk, and I was reading through your back catalog and found https://alexharv074.github.io/puppet/2018/09/02/pretty-printing-puppet-data.html - I wish we still had a copy of the original ask.puppetlabs.com somewhere, there was a lot of great content, and I probably put that gist together helping someone answer a question on there.

Second, it would be useful to have a note describing the shell-fu that enables this:

'StackResourceSummaries[?ResourceType==`'"$resource_type"'`].PhysicalResourceId'

I can't decipher the quoting that's going on in that parameter substitution of $resource_type!

The Gitlab markdown supports multiple formats for TOCs. For Markdown files and other places you can use the [[_TOC_]] syntax, acording to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/markdown.html#table-of-contents.

I've tested this in Markdown files and it works.
