Can only process one file per execution. Shouldn't be too much effort to make it so you can submit a list of files and them all be processed in the same way (famous last words...)

As this is supposed to be a user friendly tool, it might be nice to have a GUI that users can use if they aren't confident with CLI. Perhaps using something like Gooey would be a relatively pain free (famous last words) way of making a nice UI.

Currently only works with PAR/REC files (which was its intention). While its impossible to do any dividing of analyze files into their constituent parts it would still be useful to be able to convert a whole hdr/img file into a nii.gz.

Codecov upload/action needs to be updated. More info here and here

optparse is now deprecated. Would be better to move to argparse.
