eu4 pcp crashes on loading a .csv file

Seemingly all mods, regardless of if they have a definition.csv file or not - including base game - will crash the app after a few seconds of loading. I've tried the solutions recommended in the user manual but to no success.

not sure how this occured or what could be crashing it.

Feature Request

I understand the current layout of the program is to make it useful for amateur modders.

However, is it possible to make it so that I can just drag and drop an arbitrary definition.csv file and have the color picker check for duplicates from there? No other features?
That would make this program useful for almost every pdx game without requiring you to fully integrate them, and you already read the definitions.csv for eu4 so this function is already fully written.

For reference purposes, I want to add new provinces to a victoria 2 map, and I'm using gimp to manually select precise RGB values. Duplicate checking is very time consuming with a definition.csv that starts at over 4000 lines, and your program works great... but only for EU4, even though most pdx games use the same definition.csv-based system.

Mod not showing in drop down menu

Hi there, I believe I should have everything set up correctly as per following the user manual.

I'm absolutely stumped as to why this isn't working. Other mods in that dropdown menu, such as Extended Timeline, aren't appearing there either. I've done several clean reinstalls of the program and cannot figure this out. I'd appreciate any help.
