copy all scripts to /opt/vyos-serf-vpn

vyos$ cd /opt ; git clone https://github.com/yaggytter/vyos-serf-vpn.git

and

vyos$ cd /opt/vyos-serf-vpn/bin ; ./startserfvpn.sh

build full mesh IPSec vpn automatically across serf cluster
