Don't load if already loaded

Hi! Thank you for Dysel, it's a nice helper and so lightweight.

I'm developing now widgets to be embed on user's pages. The thing is that people copy and paste the code several times, so stylesheets and fonts end at head so many times (many as user has included the script).

Do you think it could be a great improvement?

Let's think pessimistically

Here's the Scenario example:

For whatever reason, the bootstrapcdn is down, or the version is wrong or the file does not exists.

How could I be aware somenthing did not loaded?
How could I name the offending resource?
