Webgriffe_Golive

Introduction

Webgriffe_Golive is an n98-magerun module which can be helpful either before a site launch or in continuous integration environment to ensure that changes to Magento settings don't compromise the site.

Installation

Refer to Introducting the new n98-magerun module system to install the module.

Usage

Once installed, to use the module simply launch the following n98-magerun command from your Magento base directory:

$ n98-magerun.phar sys:check

Contribute

To develop additional check to sys:check command refer to the following resources:

• Add your own check to sys:check command
• n98-magerun Example Module with own system checks

Any feedback and contribution is always appreciated.

The plugin is developed and tested on:

CacheEnabled checker crashes if caches are disabled

Hi,
in my environment I haven't turn on all Magento caches yet, when I run the golive script it crashes with error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Mage_Core_Exception' with message 'Unrecognized cache type 'block_html''

Class line:
Webgriffe/Golive/Model/Checker/Data/CacheEnabled.php(14)

Is it really favicon.gif and not favicon.ico?

Running golive.php fron magento document root doesn't work

Hi,
when I run php shell/golive.php --domain XXXX it ends with:
