I'm trying to test for group differences while accounting for a continuous covariate, such as body mass. Does this software include this functionality?

Do you have any plans for adding WdStar to CRAN (or bioconductor)? That would make it easier to researchers to install and manage versions of WdStar, which is very important for reproducibility of bioinformatics analyses.

Error in library(shinywdstar) : there is no package called ‘shinywdstar’

I tried to install WdStar with devtools::install_github( ), but failed owing to a HTTP error 404. How can I install this package?

Did you spell the repo owner (alekseyenko) and repo name (WdStar) correctly?
