Convert FlightAware KML tracklogs to G1000 CSV for importing to ForeFlight

Usage

1. Download KML tracklogs from flightaware.com
2. Update srcDir (in script) to point to where you downloaded
3. Run kml2g1000.py python script (requires a python installation and referenced modules)
4. Upload resulting csv files to where you can easily access them on your iPad (e.g. Google Drive)
5. Import into ForeFight from More > Track Logs (link)

Export to CSV file complete but ForeFlight import fails with non-descriptive error code.

Following error shows up when importing to foreflight logs on an iPad:
G1000 Import Errors

Support conversion from ADS-B Exchange

When trying to convert XML files from ADS-B Exchange (geometric altitude EGM96), I got an error with the script. If formats are different, having the option to select the source of the file would be great.

Altitude is in meters

The altitude in the FlightAware KML file is expressed in meters, but it looks like the G1000 track log format expects feet.
