So, at this point it's just the design, no real functionality, but it will mimic Spring UI when it's done.
All you really need to do at this point is run:
open public/index.html -a firefox
How do you usually develop this locally? Are you interested in something like webpack/gulp inside this repo to build the client? I assume you're just running something like webpack from the command line, but it'd be cool for people to be able to clone and do something like npm start to start a webpack process that watches for changes (probably using something like webpack-dev-server).
Let me know and I could try and put something in or we could pair on it.
