Based on the data collected while tracking my goal, I would like a weekly summary that encourages me to keep dominating. The weekly summary should also show what's upcoming for the week ahead

In addition, based on the data collected during tracking, I want my 8 week plan to adjust based on my performance. Ex. If I didn't run enough days, the 8 week plan adjusts so that I run more miles the following week.

As a user (runner?) I would like to track my runs

Ideally I would want this to sync with strava and after a run; it automatically updates in domin8. (Strava has APIs, worth checking out)

If I cannot sync with strava, I would like to enter distance and time for each of my runs.

[side bar, your honor]: ok so with this simple date we can track average speed and increases/ decreases over time. We also use this data and assign points(?) to track in domination dash board)

As a user I would like to set a goal for domin8 to track my runs

I would like to select the run I am training for (5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon) and I would like to select the available days I will commit to running (weekly calendar view)

After I confirm my goal, I would like to see a summary of the 8 week plan and then approve it.
