JSON not colored in large file

I have a 18.5MB json file which isn't being colored in atom 😕

Smaller JSONs are working fine.

Also PHP variable icon [$] is being colored when enabling json-colorer.

Having both a json-file and a PHP-file open, when I enable the package json-colorer,
also the php file is being affected with color. To be more precies the prefix for variables [$],
is being changed to another color, in relation to enabling package json-colorer.

Deprecated selector in `json-colorer/styles/json-colorer.less`

In json-colorer/styles/json-colorer.less:

Starting from Atom v1.13.0, the contents of atom-text-editor elements are no longer encapsulated within a shadow DOM boundary. This means you should stop using :host and ::shadow pseudo-selectors, and prepend all your syntax selectors with syntax--. To prevent breakage with existing style sheets, Atom will automatically upgrade the following selectors:

• atom-text-editor::shadow .source.json .meta.structure.dictionary.json => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--source.syntax--json .syntax--meta.syntax--structure.syntax--dictionary.syntax--json
