@dbern-stripe I don't think it's related to scheduler server in any way (scheduler server is used for different thing). What happens here is, you are trying to use Exq.enqueue_in, which will not work in enqueuer mode because it expects Exq.Manager.Server to be up. You can instead use Exq.Enqueuer.enqueue_in(Exq.Enqueuer,...), which should work because it uses Exq.Enqueuer.Server. I agree that the documentation is not very good about this.
