You CAN use celery without django, and threading flask to roll our own scheduler could be dangerous, so let's just do that instead.

This function should return all information about the drug from the FDA and DrugBank tables.

• Who makes it
• What does it treat
• What are its trade and pharma names
• What is its average cost
• Etc

This procedure will be used by views and web functions that get detailed drug data

SQLAlchemy will let us write migration scripts, so let's deploy the DB that way instead of doing any kind of SQL hackery. We need to write an initial migration that will setup the FDA and DrugBank tables appropriately. (I don't yet know what those tables will look like.)

This migration needs to be part of the puppet module's installation process as well.

Each check should test a specific database function. Will need to warn and go critical at reasonable times (to be determined after finishing those functions). Warning should indicate that someone needs to look at refactoring those queries, critical means we're about to start having queries time out.

Since advertising for help, everyone has pointed out that I fail to have any good mockups, so they don't know what we're building.
