I think we need to let use know what the current sort order shows

• Account is in a natural sort order without the use of special movement
• Account has been moved as a result of existing sort order
• Account has been moved now needs to appear on the sort order when it didn't before
• Account is in natural sort order but was previously moved
• Account is default (Reached form Home Key)
• Sorted Accounts should have a remove sort button
• Need a button to reset all sorts to current database setting (cancel) or save (save)

Mobile Phone user can select an area between accounts - clicking on account moves it to the area between

Also first account needs a ability to put account ahead. No need for anything for last account
