Displaying Unreconciled transactions should set the date to the date of the earliest unreconciled transaction about akcmoney

The current mechanism sets it at the date the reconciliation was done. I'm wondering if we shouldn't (on reconcilation) set the date to the oldest transaction not reconciled. Will examine that

So there are two cases to consider. Reconciling the account and manually changing the balance. It makes sense in both cases for the date displayed for switching to when displaying by date to be just before (1 second) the date of the first unreconcilled transaction.

In a sense - this isn't the balance date (ie the date when the balance was set), so we have changed the meaning of that database field. But from a user perspective its better like this
