I'm Aaron Karras, a software engineer who loves Rust and game development.

What I do

• 💻 I write Rust code for a living
• 🎮 I made games and tools using Rust, WASM, Unreal, and other frameworks. Some of my projects are:
  • wall-a-bunga: A bulk wallpaper downloader written in Rust.
  • ultros: Fast FFXIV marketboard tools. Still heavily WIP
  • torcurve-rs: A parameterized curve formula for generating lots of different curve shapes useful for easing, etc. Ported from Torcado's JS implementation
• 🎨 I created art and music for my game Stir Party [RIP] using Blender, Photoshop, and other software.

What I'm learning

• 📚 I'm currently reading Rust for Rustaceans and Rust Atomics and Locks: Low-Level Concurrency in Practice by Mara Bos.
• 🚀 I'm working with new front end technologies powered by Rust WebAssembly.

Question: Non-vanilla item wand

Hi @akarras, would you be interested in a pull request for the the branch on my fork that changes the tool to an NBT-tagged item once it's cleaned up a bit?
I realise it may not be in keeping with your original vision for the plugin, hence why I haven't submitted one yet.
(it's mostly to let players on my family&friends server assemble multitools without having vanilla items behave in unexpected ways)
