Conflitto di licenza e proprietà intellettuale del codice

Buongiorno, questo codice è stato originariamente creato da me, e sta entrando in conflitto con la licenza GPL-3. Prima di procedere ad un takedown DMCA, chiederei che mi vengano messi bene in chiaro i meriti della creazione originale del codice.
