Backlog is the number of additional container requests pending. Not sure how to find/calculate it based on the API result.

In the new yarn dashboard the progress page doesn't auto refresh and users need to manually refresh to check the progress. There should be an option to set a page on auto refresh.

• Add a new column called load (absolute used capacity / absolute capacity). Based on load > 100 or load < 100 the value in load column should be red or green.

User should be able to filter jobs through various status or by user or by queue. He should also be able to choose a combination of these filters.
e.g. all active jobs by user X in queue Y.

Convert time under columns Start Time and Running Time from milliseconds to a human readable format.

Make Application Master page (same as Yarn's inbuilt dashboard)

Remove vCore seconds and Memory Seconds columns and also Allocated vCores.

Show links to filter jobs according to the status: Running/Succeeded etc. at the top of the page so that the users can quickly filter based on different status.

Also show a link for all jobs irrespective of the status. Default view should continue to be the running jobs.

Show hierarchical view of the queues with load at each level. Based on the load we need to assign a colour to the level.

Irrespective of where the job is (active server/ history server) show the details to the user in the job details page.
