Upgrade to latest version of banquo and test
Current version is 0.2.0. Server currently wants 0.1.4
Cannot read property 'createPage' of undefined
Im guessing this is either a permissions or some sort of software related restriction as I can run this on my mac, but when trying to run on DigitalOcean i get the following in the log file:

Cannot GET ...
hmm I am not able to fetch data i.e.
curl localhost:3000/google.com/
Cannot GET /google.com/root@Willie:/opt/banquo-serve
/google.com/ 404 1ms
I am pretty sure google is not 404 :-)
