If one of the SQS queues mentioned in the configuration file doesn't exist, Autoscaler will start with the following error:

So if 1 out of (let's say) 10 SQS queues won't exist, autoscaler won't work properly but will start and won't exit with any error. If user won't check startup logs of autoscaler it will be hard to determine why it doesn't upscaler application if one of existing queues will have messages above configured threshold.

I see 2 possible solutions here, either:

• exit program due to improper configuration (same should be applied if autoscaler doesn't have access to configured queue)
• throw an error but autoscale based on the rest of SQS queues

I think that the first one will be preferable to quickly notify of improper configuration.
