: 단말기가 인터넷에 연결될 경우, 해당 파일을 Open하는 방식.

설명

: Windows 운영체제 단말기에서 VPN을 통해 우회해서 인터넷을 사용하는 경우 단말기의 전원을 켰을 때 인터넷이 연결이 바로 되지 않는 문제 발생. => 단말기가 인터넷이 연결되는지 Ping을 먼저 날리고, 메시지를 확인하여 네트워크와 연결이 되면 프로그램이 켜질 수 있도록 함
