Consider setting list.activeSelectionBackground and other workbench colors

Hello! Thanks for another great update!

One problem though, active selections in lists do not have highlights. I had to use the following customization to fix it and while at it, added a more visible border to panels and status bar hovers.

"workbench.colorCustomizations": {
    "list.activeSelectionBackground": "#27395754",
    "panel.border": "#27395754",
    "statusBarItem.hoverBackground": "#27395754"
  },

Maybe you'll consider these ideas.

Neon effect stopped working in VSCode 1.58 Update

I updated to Vscode 1.58 and glow effect stopped working.

Things I've tried:

• Reinstall Aylin theme and Custom JS and CSS loader
• Reinstall all extensions
• clear config.json and cache
• Wipe all VScode from PC and install all again.

Nothing seems to be effective.

also aylin.css is on the right path
