Build Galaxy 16.07 (for Jetstream)

  • Configure Galaxy to use ref data from CVMFS
  • Add trackster role
  • Move custom configs from group_vars/all to group_vars/jetstream
  • Define the toolset (based on Main) and make sure it installs properly (use Conda)
  • Fix order of tools via integrated_tool_panel.xml
  • Run Galaxy 101 & a couple test workflows
  • Test changing the datatype (from CSV to tabular, for example) - this was broken in 16.01 release
