Security vulnerabililities in urllib3==1.22 and requests==2.18.4.

No flexibility for .csv files containing data in metre(as the unit of length).

I am attempting to install orbitdeterminator-webapp on an iMacPro running Mac OS X Mojave (ver. 10.14.6) under the Anaconda distribution of python version 3.7.

The problem I'm running into is with installing pykep, as depicted in the messages below.

It's not apparent to me how to fix this problem.

SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xa3' in file but no encoding declared.

On running pip3 install -r requirements.txt the execution stops at

Collecting orbitdeterminator==1.0
Exception
Traceback (most recent call last):
raise HTTPError(http_error_msg, response=self)
requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://pypi.org/simple/orbitdeterminator/

I checked the mentioned URL. It throws a 404.
