Check that new computed portfolio sum is strictly equal to 1.
If not, then subtract the offset to the highest asset.

When rebalancing has been done and and a trade of 1% of invested amount is being done, the trade can fail if this amount is less than 50k SAT.

This can be fixed by having a minimal invest amount of 5000k SAT.

• Add recommendation in --help
• Log a warning when bot is starting if -i < 0.05

Prices haven't been returned from the API but no error nor exception was thrown.

It looks like Bittrex returned a valid response with empty string as prices.

The implemented PAMR0 algorithm is not correctly implemented and therefore doesn't work as it should.

This should be rewritten like the author did in his Mathlab algorithm (https://github.com/OLPS/OLPS/tree/master/Strategy)
