Code Design

I would highly recommend you to generally start using c++11 and basicly follow this basic code design agreements:
m_ -> Member vars
l_ -> Local vars
p_ -> Parameters

Never use using namespace std; or other hard-using directives.

You should use += , -= and so on.

Just some things that i saw by checking your code :)

Get rid of old code / SDL2 integration

The framework- and sprite-class are needed to be rewritten.
