  创建这个文件夹是为了对编程语言进行学习。同时增加不同操作系统的软件配置方法。我希望用双语完来善这个工作，但是目前手写英语还是有不少困难。

  This document is made for learning Program. In the same time, adding setting ways of different software. I hope to use English to improve my work, but there are not a little hard.

  首先我会模仿Azure Kinect SDK对C系列语言发起进攻。我认为这其中应该包含C、C++、Csharp和cmake。我不得不提高cmake的重要地位，cmake将作为编译整个c项目的基础。

  First of all, I will launch an attack to C language by imitating Azure Kinect SDK. I think this project should be obtain C, C++, Csharp and cmake. I have to improve position of cmake. Cmake will be the basis of compling the whole C language project.

  纯c语言是完全不够的，我希望在这里加入实用且丰富的语言，构造我们想要的知识库。
