Can you give an update about StackCollection?

I'm using Aloisius 0.4.
I have following Cloudformation template ( Using troposphere)

base.py

iam.py

user.py

That is IAM template is depending on Base template
and User template depends on IAM template.

With new 'waiters' feature, can Aloisius implement such dependency chaining?

I'm digging the code but haven't figured it out yet.
