Adobe Changelog Generator

Adobe Changelog Generator is the core package that is used to generate a changelog file.

Technical Requirements

Installation

$ aio plugins:install @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-changelog
# OR
$ aio discover -i

$ aio changelog --help...
$ aio config:set GITHUB_TOKEN=<github_token>

Update

Please use the latest version of the plugin.
Use command aio plugins to see outdated plugins.
Use command aio plugins:update for update plugins to the latest stable version.

Commands

aio changelog:generate

USAGE
  $ aio changelog:generate

OPTIONS
  -c, --config=config          (required) Path to the configuration located on your local machine

  -n, --namespaces=namespaces  [default: ] Generate changelog for specific namespace, example:
                               organization/repository:branch

EXAMPLE
  $ aio changelog:generate

USAGE
  $ aio changelog:generate-config-sample

OPTIONS
  -p, --path=path        Path to generated sample file
  -t, --type=short|long  [default: short] Type of config sample

When I run aio changelog:generate, the tool gets the config.json file for --config.

When I run aio changelog:generate, I see TypeError: Cannot read property 'forEach' of undefined.

When I run aio changelog:generate --config=config.json, the tool generates a valid Changelog for the latest magento2 code.

Actual Behaviour

When I run aio changelog:generate --config=config.json, the tool fails.

It would be great to show the example output of the generated changelog somewhere in the docs, maybe even by linking to this project's CHANGELOG (which ironically seems to be missing)
