This is implemented as "Jump to Definition" (Ctrl-J), but only works within the current file. We should get agreement on naming the existing "go-to-definiton" vs. the new "jump-to-definition" before we close this issue.

Now implemented and works across multiple files. The name has been kept as "Jump to Definition".
