Dear Prof. Ola B. Brynildsrud,
With great interest we read your paper published in Science Advance (https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/4/10/eaat5869.full). It is nice work and I learned a lot from this paper. Currently, we are working on a project for Bayesian phylodynamics analysis of a potato virus. A part of this project is to infer the global migration pathway of this virus. I am very interested in Figure 3C in your paper and I would like to plot a similar figure to clarify some important migration events through time for the potato virus. I download the relevant Python scripts deposited in the Github, but the overall workflow is still not very clear to me after I read the instructions on how to use them. Would it be possible to share more details or tips to do it, as well as some example files that I can test? Looking forward to your responses.
