Using gRPC to send a simple request to like "getinfo" to prove the connection works.

Things to consider:

• Golang API needs to be able to read the macaroon file and use it as part of the gRPC requests, this was previously achieved on other projects by - reading the macroon file using a filesystem package, interpreting the contents as hex, adding the hex as part of the request

Write a script that generates an pb.go file from a LND rpc.proto file.

This would allow new contributors to generate an up to date pb.go file in case the one in the current project becomes outdated. Preferably the script would pull the rpc.proto file from the LND project.

Refactor the README to explain the project goals/focus

Rename the project to what we are actually trying to build
