This repository contains a Quarto document detailing R and Rstudio best practices developed by a group a biometricians and quantitative biologists working at the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. It is intended to provide guidance to new employees and help standardize coding practices at ADF&G with the goal of improved collaboration and transferability of fishery analyses.

Minor Suggestions

There are some spelling/grammatical errors to fix. There's also some other minor suggestions/comments I have.

I also shared this document with a newer wildlife biometrician who hadn't seen this yet. He has a nifty suggestion for pipes that I'll add here shortly.

I'll make a pull request for this issue. I thought I'd create an issue first to show the "linking idea" I mentioned during the meeting on Wednesday.
